Article 1: Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply exclusively to all sales of products concluded between IHS Paris and non-professional consumers via the website www.ihs-paris.fr, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer(s)’. These GTC do not apply to professionals purchasing within the scope of their professional activities, wholesalers and distributors.

IHS Paris is able to deliver Products throughout the European Union and the United States.

‘Products’ refers to all products sold via the Website www.ihs-paris.fr

‘IHS Paris Address’ refers to the following postal address for IHS Paris: Safrane Cortambert / IHS Paris – 3 rue du Bois de Boulogne – 75016 – Paris

Placing an order implies the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC, to the exclusion of all other documents such as catalogues, brochures, etc. issued by IHS Paris, which are for information purposes only. Any contrary condition put forward by the Customer shall therefore, in the absence of express acceptance by IHS Paris, be unenforceable against IHS Paris, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention. The fact that IHS Paris does not invoke any of the provisions of these GTC at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of its right to invoke any of said conditions at a later date. The Customer may consult these GTC freely and at any time by clicking on the ‘GTC’ link in the Site’s navigation bar. IHS Paris reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.

Article 2: Photos

The essential characteristics of IHS Paris Products are described alongside one or more photographs which, despite all the precautions taken by IHS Paris, may differ slightly from the item offered for sale due to the distance from which the photos were taken, the processing of the photographs and the method of transmission and display of data on the screen. IHS Paris cannot be held responsible for this.

Article 3: Ordering

3.1. The Customer places their order according to the process in force on the Website, namely:

– You can choose your Products without logging in.

– Choose a Product and click to view its characteristics (size, colour, variations, price, etc.).

– Click on ‘Add to basket’.

– The Product is added to the basket (top right icon).

– Adjust quantities using ‘+’ or ‘-’.

Step 1: SUMMARY – modify basket, apply promo code, confirm order.

Step 2: REGISTER – login or create account.

Step 3: ADDRESS – delivery and billing address.

Step 4: DELIVERY – choose delivery method (indicative times). Accept GTC.

Step 5: PAYMENT – PayPal or credit card.

Order is only valid after payment. Before payment, it may be modified or cancelled.

Article 4: Order Confirmation

After ordering, the Customer receives confirmation emails summarising the order and payment.

Products are made to order depending on stock availability.

IHS Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons (stock, supply issues, etc.), with refund or replacement offered.

Article 5: Prices – Invoice

Prices are in euros, VAT included. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.

Delivery costs are shown in the basket.

Invoices are available in the Customer account or upon request at contact@ihs-paris.fr.

Article 6: Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order.

Accepted methods are shown on the Website.

The Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Payment confirms full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 7: Payment security

Payments are secured via PayPal and Stripe partners.

Credit card payments are processed via secure systems.

Article 8: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Average delivery time: 15 working days (indicative only).

Delays do not give rise to compensation.

Force majeure or stock issues may delay delivery.

Article 9: Warranties

IHS Paris provides legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

The Customer may request repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the case.

Article 10: Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw.

Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt.

Article 11: Personal information

Personal data is required for order processing and may be shared with logistics/payment partners.

Bank details are never stored by IHS Paris.

Customers may request access, modification, or deletion via contact@ihs-paris.fr.

Article 12: Formation of the contract

Payment confirmation equals electronic signature and acceptance of GTC.

Article 13: Proof

Digital records stored by IHS Paris serve as legal proof of transactions.

All content, images, and products of the Website are the exclusive property of IHS Paris.

Reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 15: Warning

The Website may experience interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons.

IHS Paris cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Article 16: Links

External links are not under the responsibility of IHS Paris.

Article 17: Entire agreement

These GTC represent the full agreement between Customer and IHS Paris.
